RETURN POLICY

**ALL SALE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE (including sales used with promotional codes)**

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We understand that deliveries may sometimes be delayed; therefore, return/exchange packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but may receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

After your return package has been received and approved, we will process your refund/exchange or store credit. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the return has been processed

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange , your item (s) must be in the same condition that you received it -- new un-used with all original tags attached. Your items must be without any marks or signs of wear (i.e., soiled, damaged, makeup marks, hairs -including animals- deodorant marks etc.) to be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit.
  • If we receive any items (s) that show signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund or store credit on the returned items. Depending on the situation, Inspire Me Sportswear (IMS) may dispose of the merchandise or ship it back at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable.  Inspire Me Sportswear does not cover any return postage. Our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Any return sent back without a return label provided by our return portal or a support team member will not be processed. The item will be disposed of or shipped back at the customer's expense.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

Upon receipt of your package, your return or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

INITIATE A RETURN:

  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with all tags attached.
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
  • If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • For items that need to be exchanged, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND RELATED ISSUES:

Every garment/item goes through a very thorough and robust inspection process; therefore, it is extremely unlikely that we would shipped damaged merchandise. That said, we still recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us (via email) within 14 days if the item appears defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Be sure to add supporting evidence such as video, photos and a brief description of the issue.


EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items such as perishable goods (i.e., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

LOST PACKAGES:

  • First contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim then reach out to our team at info@inspiremesportswear.com and be sure to include your claim ticket. Inspire Me Sportswear is not liable for lost return packages. Situations involving lost return packages will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
  • IMS is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer as well as return packages to IMS. If you purchased insurance coverage, you may file a claim directly with the applicable insurance carrier. Packages not properly insured prior to shipment are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@inspiremesportswear.com.
